The Forum for Corporate Directors' membership includes Orange County's most prominent public and private companies' business and community leaders, in both public and private corporations. Also, professional services organizations and individual contributors to those in Board and C-level leadership roles are key members in FCD.

FCD individual member benefits:

• Complimentary admission and/or reduced member rates to all of FCD's monthly events and programs, which feature nationally and regionally recognized expert speakers on contemporary governance and director issues.
• Invitation to attend FCD's annual Directors' Institute , which is an eight hour (over two half-days) fall event designed for experienced directors to gain valuable insights on the cutting edge issues facing public company boards today. Members pay a reduced rate for this program.

• Consideration for membership requires a reference from an existing member and approval from the FCD Board of Directors
