The Directors' Institute is a Signature Program of the Forum for Corporate Directors. This fall will be our 7th Annual Institute and, as in past years, the Directors' Institute will feature discussions on the most relevant and important topics in boardrooms right now. This is a program which allows directors and officers to have a stimulating exchange of ideas with their peers about their experiences on boards and to hear from some of the top business leaders and national practitioners in the field of corporate governance about the cutting edge issues that affect how directors carry out their roles and responsibilities in today's rapidly changing business environment.
