Who Are FCD's Members?

The Forum for Corporate Directors' membership includes Orange County's most prominent public and private companies' business and community leaders, in both public and private corporations. Also, professional services organizations and individual contributors to those in Board and C-level leadership roles are key members in FCD.

• Complimentary admission and/or reduced member rates to all of FCD's monthly events and programs, which feature nationally and regionally recognized expert speakers on contemporary governance and director issues.

• Special invitations (and in some cases, discount admissions) to other FCD-sponsored events, such as ACG's CEO talk and the Orange County Public Company Forum.

• Consideration for membership requires sponsorship from an existing member and approval from the Board of Directors.
• Annual membership dues: $435.
