Shareholders?"
Interactions between directors and shareholders can be
problematic. In fact, until recently, such contact was often proscribed. Now,
investors/activists are pushing open the door to the boardroom, creating
a new dynamic. CDF has assembled a panel to discuss this evolution,
appropriate boundaries for directors, and how to develop constructive vs
adversarial relationships with shareholders.
