Our distinguished speaker for this program will be Louis M. Thompson Jr., former President and CEO of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI) and now a Managing Director of Kalorama Partners, the Washington powerhouse consultancy in the areas of corporate governance, risk assessment, crisis management, evaluation of corporate disclosures, and the structure and performance evaluation of boards and board committees.
This program will help all public company directors be better prepared for the upcoming proxy season because, even though the SEC has put proxy access and the 10-day broker voting rule on the back burner, there are still many major issues that directors need to be paying attention to.
