In the third event of Making innovation Work series, Rob Shelton, Director, Product Innovation Practice, PRTM Management Consultants, Henry Chesbrough, Executive Director, Center for Open Innovation, UC Berkeley, and Andy Policano, will provide inside views into how leading companies are developing and executing innovation strategies. Shelton, co-author of "Making Innovation Work", and Chesbrough, author of "Open Business Models: How to Thrive in the New Innovation Landscape", will showcase examples from different companies to facilitate a candid discussion of what works and what doesn't.
Sponsors Innovation is top of mind; it leads the CXO's business agenda and remains at the forefront of media coverage. Despite all the attention, many misconceptions remain about how to effectively manage innovation. For most companies, achieving sustainable innovation is a lofty goal that is difficult to achieve.
