In partnership with PRTM Management Consultants, OCTANe presents the second program in its "Making Innovation Work" series.
Making Innovation Work: How Healthy is My Organization's Innovation is a facilitated workshop that explores how organizations enable innovation leadership, intuition, and execution. Concepts introduced will cover innovation strategy, portfolios, metrics, and motivators. The workshop will focus on using an innovation diagnostic and tools to tell whether participants have healthy innovation in their organizations, and what potential opportunities exist for strategic change.
