| FCD will host a special event featuring Nell Minow, founder of The Corporate Library, as we roll out the publication of the 2007 FCD Directors Survey and Proxy Analysis. FCD will highlight the current governance landscape to which Ms. Minow will add her perspective on upcoming issues for corporate directors. The event will be held at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana.
