Governance Outlook - September 16, 2009

Holly_Gregory Holly Gregory, partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges in New York, will be the keynote speaker at the Third Annual Governance Outlook event on Wednesday, September 16, at the Bowers Museum in Santa Ana. Ms. Gregory is a nationally renowned expert on corporate governance and her prescient views on this subject continually dominate conversations about the future of corporate governance. Her remarks will focus on how directors, CEOs, CFOs and other executives who deal with boards should be prepared for the 2010 proxy season.
